Walk-ins are welcome. However, please call ahead for availability. We highly recommend appointments as some of our services are only available during specific days/times of the week.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late
may require us to shorten the length of the service.
Depending on the service, you may receive a robe and slippers.
Attire is not otherwise important- but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing.
You will be asked to remove all jewelry so if you have anything of value we
recommend that you leave it home or put it in your pocket book prior to
your appointment.
All of our therapists are trained to properly drape you for discretion
and privacy. Generally we use flannel sheets and a light blankets for all
facial and body services. Chesterfield County has mandated minimum draping
requirements as a full size bath towel to cover ALL private parts.
Clients must be able to disrobe and dress themselves. Please provide your
own assistance if this is not possible. Therapists are not to enter the
room until the client is properly draped. Clients are not to open the door
to their room until they are fully dressed or in a robe and ready to leave the room.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for inappropriate
behavior or requests. Client will be subject to all charges for services
booked.
Time spent at Spa Epidauros is a renewing and restoring experience for
our guests. Other arrangements should be made for children under
fourteen years of age that are not receiving services.
Please respect our guests' quiet zone. Cell phones and pagers must be turned
off while visiting the spa.
Please go to Groups for information on all group events including Bridal.
Gift Card purchases are for cash value and redeemable for services,
products and packages. Availability of packages at time of redemption
is not guaranteed. Prices of services, products and packages are not
guaranteed and may change without notice.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash, checks, debit cards, travelers checks and money orders.
We also accept Spa Finder gift cards, Giftix, and JRTE cards
All information collected for processing of your transactions will only be used for it's intended purpose.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
Tips are appreciated but not expected. All Packages (including Custom Packages) will include a 15% gratuity charged upon check-out.

not 100% satisfied with your service, we'll give you a 100% refund or full credit
towards another service. We can offer that kind of guarantee because our
therapists are among the best trained in the business and we offer custom
treatments based on your needs using the most cutting edge products. Please,
it is very important that you tell the receptionist about your disatisfaction
before you leave on the day of your service in order to qualify for this guarantee.
We are please to offer special values, coupons, and more to our clients. Unless specifically stated to the contrary, none of our special values,
coupons, packages or other offers may be combined or added to each other. Specific examples include but are not limited to: Coupons may not be used towards packages, or combined with
other special values. Promotional Gift Certificates (FREE GIFT CERTIFICATES) may not be used in combination with packages, series or other special values (unless specificaly stated).
We will always try to provide the best price for each service or package purchased.
A credit card or Spa Epidauros Gift Card is required to reserve all spa services. If you do not have a
credit card you may make a 50% deposit within 48 hours of making
your appointment or you may come in as a walk-in.
Please notify us 48 hours in advance of your appointment if you are unable to keep your
appointment or wish to make any changes. In fairness to all of our clients, all appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will
be charged $20 for each hour reserved. There can be no exceptions.
Missed appointments will be charged the full rate of the service.
If your appointment must be rescheduled due to technician illness you will receive a value credit equal to 50% of your service.
JRTE Members please note our cancellation/reschedule policy. All trades require a credit card to make your appointment. Fees are not payable in trade.
In rare instances, extreme weather conditions or power outages may force the spa to close temporarily. Every effort will be made to notify you to reschedule your appointment.
Unopened & unused products may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase for full refund. Only Jurlique products may be returned opened, but returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase.
Any returns made after 2 weeks but within 30 days of purchase will be credited to your next service or product purchase.
No returns on CDs, body brushes & nail products. No exceptions!
Our Jurlique products are all natural, herbal, hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic, containing NO synthesized compounds or products, NO chemical additives and NO petroleum based compounds or products. Because of the nature of these products, results may not be immediate. Products should be used as directed. Results are NOT guaranteed.
Rarely, you may experience a slight reaction to our products, usually with in the first few days of use. If this happens, please return the product immediately.
