Group Packages (Groups of 4 or more)

We can currently accommodate up to 8 clients with a maximum of 4 services per client and all day exclusive usage (see below) contingent upon sufficient advanced notice and nature of the services requested.

Setting up for a group takes a lot of planning. We want you to have the best experience. As such, we do not offer "group discounts". However, as a thank you we make the following special offer for your group-

• Receive a complimentary spa lunch with each booking of $175 or more per person.
• Choice of ad-on service from our a-la-carte menu (up to $15 value) free with any Massage that is 1hr or greater, or your European or Deluxe facial. Your choice of a-la-carte must be made when scheduling your appointment.
• Save 10% on your group booking when you come in Tues-Wed-Thurs between 10am-4pm.

Please remember when making your group reservations

• Groups of 6 or more will require exclusive usage (see below).
• Reservations for groups of 4 or more must be made at least 1 month in advance. (there are some exceptions- please call)
• For parties of 4 or more guests (including the organizer) there is an additional, non-refundable $25 group booking fee plus a 20% refundable deposit. The fee covers all planning expenses and ensures that time reserved especially for you and your group is custom-tailored exactly to your specifications. Bookings not confirmed, rescheduled or canceled at least 3 weeks prior to appointment will loose the deposit.
• A valid credit card will be requested to reserve appointments. By providing us your credit card information you authorize SPAepidauros to charge the designated credit card for any and all received, missed, cancelled, or changed appointments, including the $25 group booking fee and 20% deposit.
• Confirmation of services will be given 2 weeks in advance and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at that time. Any changes made after confirmation will be charged an additional $20 per change.
• We require 3 full weeks notice on all Group Gathering cancellations, to avoid being charged. Any cancellations or changes with less than 5 days notice will be charged 100% of the service.
• A 15% Gratuity will be added to the final service bill for your convenience.
• We recommend that you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival can not guarantee full length of service.

Exclusive Reserve Rates for your group are as follows:
Half day= $250 Full Day= $425

• Must be reserved at least 6 weeks ahead with 50% non-refundable deposit
• Final payment is required 3 weeks prior reservation. Please understand that this too is non-refundable because we will be shutting down normal operations to provide you with "your day" .
• Only EXLUSIVE RESERVE guarantees that no other clients will be in the spa while your group is in.
