All baths are $45 for a 20 minute hydrotherapy or soak and 20 minute "cool down" in our quiet room.

No need to make your choice upon making your appointment. We have a menu of over 20 baths to choose from when you arrive for your appointment.

Bath temperature is set at 105 degrees. Some baths are cooler. Baths are not recommended if you suffer from low blood pressure, diabetes, hypoglycemia or certain skin conditions. It is recommended that you eat a light snack before entering your bath. This will prevent any light headedness resulting from low blood sugar. Baths are in a private room. No swimwear is necessary.

GREEN TEA BODY SOAK
The topical application of green tea protects skin cells from known carcinogens that cause skin cancer and skin aging. This soak allows your body to deeply drink in the green tea nutrients that fortify and vitalize your cellular defense system.

SEAWEED BATH or THALASSOTHERAPY

MOISTURE REVIVAL BATH
Essential and emollient oils nourish and condition the skin to maintain optimal moisture balance and skin tone.

PINE NEEDLE OIL

Invigorates and energizes. Essential oils of pine improves circulation and deepens breathing. This forest fresh bath revives the depleted body.

STRESS THERAPY BATH
Calming aromatics and quieting herbals help alleviate your daily stress overload, rejuvenate your sense of vitality, and restore your inner peace.

CELLULAR DETOX BATH
A healthful way to cleanse and protect the skin with essential oils, vitamin antioxidants, and herbal detoxifiers.

FANGO MUD NATRIUM

A mineral-rich volcanic ash used in spa baths worldwide. This ancient beauty ritual is effective for removing impurities and smoothing the texture of the skin so it can readily absorb moisture and minerals. Fango treatments relax tired muscles, detoxify and revitalize the body. Fango Natrium Mud is pure and unscented.

VALERIAN OIL

Ease stressed nerves and promotes relaxation. Like a gentle massage, valerian essential oil brings on restful sleep. Skin and body are soothed and quieted.
