What is your policy if I miss an appointment?
o If you miss your appointment with out calling us ahead (at least 2 hours ahead) there is a 100% fee. This means that you will pay for the space, time & therapist.
Why do you need my credit card number for an appointment?
o All appointments require either a credit card or a SPAepidauros gift card to secure the time/space. We have a cancellation & reschedule policy that is strictly adhered to, to ensure that you are guaranteed a time slot. This means that if you miss your appointment without calling us, we can not fill that space and we dont get paid (nobody likes to work for free!).
o If you prefer not to secure your appt. with a credit card you have the option of calling ahead to find out what we have open and come in as a walk-in. Please remember that as a walk-in you are not garanteed your service and you may be bumped by an appointment.
Do I have to make an appointment?
o We happily accept walk-ins any time. We have more space available during the week and it is easier to come in as a walk-in. Saturdays often book up a day or two in advance. But, you can give us a call and go on our waiting list.
I wanted to come in on Saturday and I was put on a waiting list, but I never got called back.
o If we are booked we open up a waiting list. We ask for what specific therapy (service) you want and any time & personal criteria. If something becomes available (last minute cancellation) we will try to fill it right away by calling our waiting list on a first come first served basis, allowing for the criteria. We can not guarantee any openings.
How do I make an appointment?
o Just give us a call (320-8094). Be prepared to give us the day & time you would like to come in as well as the specific therapies, your credit card number (to secure the space) and your full name.
o If you are making an appointment for 2 or more people- we will need everyones full name.
o See group appointments for additional information on setting up your spa group.
I got a birthday postcard/email. Do I need to make an appointment and how much can I save?
o You may make and appointment or just come in. This card offers a 40% discount up to $30.
I just had my first appointment and I got a Thank You card. I would like to come back- do I need to make an appointment and how much can I save?
o You may make and appointment or just come in. This card offers a 25% discount up to $20.
What are your hours?
o Tues 10-6, Wed-Fri 10-7 & Saturday 10-5. We are Closed Sunday & Monday.

o Walk ins are welcome. However, we do recommend you call ahead just to be sure we have someone available.

o We do offer specials through out the year. Go to our page for more information.
Do you offer any discounts?
o Yes, we have a Teachers discount, Military Discount and Senior Citizens discount.
o We also have coupons and email discounts sent to our customers once you sign up.
I just got a Thank you card but I wont have time to come back with in the 60 days. Can I give it to a friend?
o Yes, share it with anyone you like.
Do you take SPA FINDER?
o Yes.
Ive never been to a spa before- What would you recommend for my first time?
o This is a tough one! Everything we do here feels great- but you need to consider what your NEEDS are. Most people like our 60m Signature Massage and our Great Skin European Facial so I would recommend you start with one or the other or both!
o If you want to spend some time here- maybe with a friend- I would recommend the Spa Deluxe Package (see Features & Packages) . Everything a first time spa-goer should experience!
Do you allow children?
o We can do most of our services on children 11yo or older- NO body wraps, Ashiatsu or deluxe facials on children under 15).
o We do not allow unattended small children.
